Integrate the shared Agent room, durable outbox, cursor replay and read state on iPhone and iPad. Reuse message rendering with native messaging layout and expandable tool details.
Validated with 58 Xcode package tests, six Simulator UI scenarios, read-only production connectivity and independent review.
Use SYBIL_AGENT_BASE_URL and SYBIL_AGENT_API_KEY with the renamed sybil-agent
service. Update errors, API documentation, and test fixtures while retaining the
existing room protocol and browser storage keys for compatibility.
Validation: 44 server tests, 51 web tests, and both production builds.
Connect Sybil to the Pi root conversation with authenticated REST and WebSocket
APIs, persistent read state, and a dedicated agent tab. Keep optimistic messages
stable through delivery and retries, and animate arrivals without losing the
reader's scroll position.
Share bubble styling with regular chats and remove the obsolete admission sender.
Reject malformed upstream receipts and WebSocket upgrade requests, with regression
coverage and updated API documentation.
Validated with 51 web tests, 44 server tests, both production builds, desktop/mobile
bubble comparisons, and 11 browser animation and scrolling checks.
act_runner does not carry setup-ruby's PATH changes into later steps,
so without this the step runs the toolcache default Ruby (3.3.11) and
bundler cannot find the gems installed for 3.1.7.

codesign resolves signing identities through the user keychain search
list (first match wins) and ignores --keychain for the lookup. This
runner hosts another project whose keychain holds the same Apple
Distribution identity, so when that keychain is locked, codesign fails
with errSecInternalComponent no matter how correctly our own keychain
is set up. Prepend the fresh CI keychain to the search list for the
build and always delete it afterward, which restores the original list.
Also drop the runner-diagnostics step, the GitHub-hosted Ruby PATH
export, and the duplicate CODE_SIGN_IDENTITY param.
